Trekvliet.org

Will Binckhorst become the Manhattan on the Trekvliet or the Champs Elysees of The Hague? Unfortunately Binckhorst is still quite a mess as the moment and is not an area which springs to mind as a place to live or spend free time. The challenge is to give Binckhorst a fresh image with a modern and international personality where there is space for living, working and recreation.
